I hardly had any time shopping in your barn, I found I couldn't easily find my chosen product.
It took more than 2 weeks to get here, I hadn"t realised and missed a market that I bought the wool for....
I don't know why there was a delay in dispatch and delivery, but it was very frustrating not to receive the product in time, knowing that your usual dispatch is very reliable

Hello! We're really sorry for the delay with your order. We had a warehouse move over the last couple of weeks and it sadly set us back a little more than we had hoped. We're getting back on track now and will return to super speedy deliveries - especially with our new set up.

For an item which they said they had in stock it was ages before it was sent out.
