Not sure the account is open but can't get through to customer service

I sent in the image of my Drivers License but didn't get any response. The funds haven't been moved out of the account I'm closing yet so I have to assume my Workers account isn't set up yet. But...

I strongly recommend WCU.

I scheduled an appointment with a representative at the Groton office and she was extremely helpful in assisting me with setting up a checking as well as a savings account.
