easy website to use , with the addition of the live chat when i had questions. Its always a bit of a surprise when ordering without actually seeing or feeling a product . ..but my floor didn't...
I ordered and paid for a floor sample which never arrived.

I'm sorry to hear that this sample was not delivered. It shows as sent on our system so may have become lost in the post. We were not made aware previously that it had not arrived so could not take any action until now.
We have refunded you in full for this order, and if you wish to order again, please just let us know.
Please accept my apologies that this was not delivered on the first attempt.
Tried to online chat- no reply. Sent an email- again no reply. I did like the samples sent out but it’s difficult to go with a company that won’t respond.

I'm sorry that a reply was not sent quick enough.
Our online chat is not always available for immediate reply, but it will say so when this is the case. Usually, this is only outside our office hours.We did receive your email, but were unable to answer until the next working day as it was sent out of our office hours.
As a small company, our office staff are only available 9-5 Mon-Friday. We can also be reached by telephone should you require a quick answer to any query.
