I'm sorry that you had a lot of extra glue or wasted glue.
This product is best applied with a 5mm toothed trowel to ensure that you get excellent coverage. If you need any help , please call us and our technical team will be able to assist you.

Quick delivery.but I dont like way ye said the the end radiator were wrapped at end of boxs haven't got replacement ones or my money back stil waiting.no that's it

Great service as always. Bought previous wooden floors from here. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Glad we were able to do click and collect during lock down. Floors have been laid and look great....
I ordered a floor that looks nothing like the colour of it in the photo. I contacted them and the girl insisted that it is the floor. Well it may be but it's not the colour advertised.

I'm sorry that you think that the colour is different to what is displayed on our website. Colouring on a screen will always vary due to your personal screen settings and of course the lighting on an actual product. We do think the image is very close to the product and along with our own photos, also display the manufacturers image too. We have used the same photo for this product for over 5 years.
We do also offer samples on our website which we always recommend before ordering.
Despite this, I do hope that you are pleased with the quality of the flooring.
