The ordering was brilliant and the staff were very helpful. The specific collection instructions were that you were to remain in your vehicle and the warehouse staff would put the order in your car....

Thank you for visiting our store and I am sorry that you were not aware that our collections are all self-loading during the Covid-19 outbreak. This measure (among many others) has been taken to help protect our staff and customers as much as possible during lockdown measures.
Like many local businesses, we have made a lot of very quick changes to how we operate to comply with government regulations and help reduce the virus spread. In this information under "In Our Stores" we state- All order collection points are now distanced and non-contact. All collections will be left outside when you are ready. NB This may include heavy items. Ensure you have someone able to lift these into your vehicle.
Under "Click & Collect" we also state - Because we are protecting our team by social distancing we are currently unable to load up your vehicle. Ensure that whoever is collecting is able to lift packs of flooring weighing up to 20kgs.
Apart from this inconvenience to you, I do hope that you are pleased with every other aspect of our service and you are delighted with the products you have chosen.
