The reason for the delay is because the parcel has not arrived to the designer quite yet. But we went ahead and refunded you. Apologies for this inconvenience.

Product As expected, delivery late so it missed the birthday date (the suppliers fault) - I don’t think “free postage next time” is really helpful or appropriate
