Staff not very customer friendly and emails rather abrupt.
Also stated wrong No claims bonus by mistake and was asked to pay an extra £98 which made the insurance a lot more expensive.

Saved me hundreds!
Good price initially but in the rush stated 9 years no claims instead of actual 8 of renewal form, just been charged £54 to amend that hence one star!

As well as savings made on initial quote, Wicked quotes have resolved an issue about being charged to amend a no claims bonus statement and refunded an administrative fee, so as well as providing a quote smashing service, they also care about the customer!

Too many requirements like copies of driving licence, DVLA card, proof of residence address, NCB and all in 7 days with the added threat to cancel the policy if not compliant.
