Hi there,

We are sorry to hear that you have not had the best experience with us.

Unfortunately, your feedback does not clearly indicate where we went wrong.

We are constantly working towards improving our services, so we would like to hear more from you about ways that we could have provided a better service.

If you would be happy to speak to our Customer Services Team, our phone number is +44 (0) 1483 562 662. Alternatively, we welcome you to email further information to the team by contacting enquiries@voyagerins.com (Open 9.00am-5.30pm, Mon-Fri).

We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Hi there,

We have now resent your documents to you via the email address you have previously provided. Please check your Spam and Junk folders to make sure the email has not slipped into there by accident.

If you are still waiting to receive your email after 30 minutes it may be that the address we have on our system is incorrect, or we need to try an alternative address.

If this is the case, please contact our Customer Services Team available by calling +44 (0) 1483 562 662 or by emailing enquiries@voyagerins.com (Open 9.00am-5.30pm, Mon-Fri).

We hope this resolves your query.
