I would certainly use this travel company again... the arrangements all worked like clockwork. In hindsight there are one or two arrangements that I would have made differently - the size of our hold...
The hotel in Florence was centrally situated near the must see tourist destinations and of good quality. The breakfast was well stocked with eggs, bacon, cereal etc. I would have rated the experience...
Viva accommodated requests which I made for changed flights. airport transfers and additional information with great customer services.
