We have a $1000 Discout on Lasik services and a $200 rebate in addition making our Lasik discount the largest among the vision plan options. Also, our network is one of the largest in the State of Oklahoma. In some cases, we are able to find out that the provider filed incorrectly which allows us to do additional training with that provider and rectify your situation.

The frame line, frame allowance, and lens cost.

My ophthalmologist's office does not accept VCD. I must go to a different office to use my coverage. I basically only use my coverage for glasses.

We have the premium plan, but the only offices which accept that part charge twice as much for glasses! I was able to finally find someone at a discount glasses store who worked to get my premium...
