It should be if I don’t have to deal with the lady who sold me the policy. I wish I had taken her name as I certainly will not want to deal with her again.

The strange thing about this policy is that the monthly payments are to a finance company and not, as other insurance companies; monthly payments to the insurance company itself. A bit of a shock to...

Hi, our premiums are as you say collected via a third party, the Financial Conduct Authority who regulate us insist that as it is an annual premium and we are allowing you to pay monthly, then it is a credit agreement. If at renewal you wish to pay an annual payment then of course you are free to do so. If you wish to discuss this further then please phone one of the admin team who will be only too happy to discuss it with you.
