Deplorable response two months after the issue, the one star should be downgraded to no stars, if the system would allow. Again absolutely no response from VM. No refund, nothing, bye bye from a former customer. 🤬

Spring 2025 - maybe not the best start!

All things considered - I feel a bit let down by the quality of the very small anemone plants, would have expected the plants to be further on in the growing cycle - they were a bit of a mess.

You have my order number on your system - please refer to those details - I have a photograph of the one, out of 9 anemone plants I purchased from you back in the spring of this year. I purchased 3 sets of three anemone plants they were not labelled, my intention was to group three of the same colours together for a pleasing group effect - well unmarked clearly I was unable to do this.
