No reply regarding damaged goods.
One of the items that we ordered, a glass carafe, was smashed to pieces inside the box when delivered. Despite contacting the seller twice by email, I have received no response. Very poor service....

Goods delivered broken
I bought 6 glass dessert bowls which were delivered with two of them smashed to pieces. I immediately informed BormioliRocco but have never received any response. Very disappointing.

One damaged and not replaced
I ordered 8 glasses, one arrived damage and I have sent 2 emails containing proof for another glass to be resent and have received no response from them, hence the 3 star review.
