Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you had a problem with your shower. I can see you have purchased a pressure relief device which I'm afraid is not covered by the pressure relief device as this is a safety device that is activated due to site related issues for instance a blockage in the shower head or kink in the hose, a non Triton head and hose being used on the shower which can cause a restrictions, limescale or a high surge of pressure to the shower. It is a not a fault with the shower and activates to prevent from injury.
