Hi Kim. All of the rooms that we book at the at the Sheraton are 4 star and a standard room still has a 4 star classification and is not basic. Hotels will often have various rooms types available and these will be offered depending on your requirements and based on availability. When we are asked to cancel any part of a confirmed booking, unfortunately this can be subject to a cancellation or amendment fee.. With regard to booking flight seats, each airline has a deadline where tickets should be issued and our tickets are issued based on their instructions. Most airlines will allow you to pre-book seats without the need for the tickets to be issued, but if you do require tickets to be issued earlier, this may be possible on request.
