Careful of the Discover365 deals

The basic service was good but they offered an incentive which was very dodgy, bordering on misleading. When I asked for a supervisor to contact me I had no reply.

Hi Suzy I’m not sure if you work directly with Cruise Megastore or work for this feedback site but if you have contact with Cruise Megastore can you please ask someone in authority to contact me. I have requested this through numerous (8) emails and phone calls. Each time was assured that someone would call me back. No one has. This now dates back to mid May. I will pursue this issue. I would prefer to have it resolved directly with Cruise Megastore but am going to start proceedings with Office of Fair Trading as well. Best regards Sonya

Hi Sonya, I have escalated this issue and a Supervisor will be in contact with you imminently. Apologies that this issue hasn't been addressed satisfactorily to this point. We are looking into what has happened and will ensure that steps are taken to avoid any future issues. Please be assured that in all material it is communicated clearly that the travel dollars can be redeemed as part-payment towards a selected of cruises, accommodation, holiday packages and other travel and lifestyle products up to the value displayed on the website. This gives the redeemer significant savings off the current retail price and is in no way dodgy or misleading. Our lovely Customer Service lady will reach out to you shortly and hopefully we can clear everything up.
