Ressenyes de Trafalgar

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback with us. We are sorry to read that this trip did not meet your expectations, particularly given your previous positive experiences with Trafalgar. While we appreciate your kind comments about the Coach Driver, we regret that you felt the Travel Director was not always engaging or responsive to your concerns. We understand your disappointment with the Edinburgh hotel location, limited time at key attractions, the Optional Experience on the Isle of Skye, and the quality of some included meals. We also appreciate your comments regarding the lack of local history, cultural experiences and recommendations for making the most of your free time. We recognise how important these elements are to experiencing Scotland's character and heritage. Your feedback will be shared with the relevant teams for review and consideration as we continue to assess our itineraries and the experiences we provide. Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us. We regret that this journey did not leave you with the memorable experience you had hoped for.
