Hi Gary, Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience and that there were issues with the packaging and parts received. We did investigate the matter and explored the possibility of obtaining a replacement for the damaged component. Unfortunately, the manufacturer was unable to provide this under the product guarantee because you had drilled holes in the item, which constitutes a modification and invalidates the warranty terms. While we appreciate that this was a frustrating situation, our ability to replace the damaged part was limited by the manufacturer's guarantee conditions. We regret that we could not provide the outcome you were hoping for and apologise for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
