Unfortunately as your order was about to be sent out, the warehouse staff discovered that all of the Titan 6 storage units were found to be damaged, so they were unable to send any of these out to customers. A new order had to be shipped to the warehouse a new delivery date was sent to you as soon as possible. I completely understand that this was frustrating and even more frustrating when your order has to be split. I am very sorry that we were unable to offer any discounts or compensation to you for the inconvenience of your time and that you chose to cancel your order. The circumstances are very uncommon and we hope that you were able to find a suitable alternative.
