Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m very sorry about the delay with your order and the lack of communication while you were waiting. Having reviewed the order, I can see that we originally advised a delivery time of approximately four weeks. Your order was actually delivered after five weeks and two days, so we did exceed the timeframe we initially provided. More importantly, we should have contacted you to let you know about the delay rather than leaving you to contact us for an update. I completely understand how frustrating it is when an expected delivery date passes and you haven't been kept informed. Please accept our apologies for both the additional wait and our communication on this occasion. We should have done better. Kind regards, Mark Tiffany Lighting Direct

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I’m sorry to hear that you felt your experience with us was terrible. Having reviewed your order, the delivery timeframe provided was 5–7 working days, and your order was delivered on the 6th working day, within the timeframe quoted. I can also see that you contacted our customer services team with a question regarding the delivery timeframe and another regarding bulbs. Both enquiries were responded to promptly with the relevant information. However, I have taken on board your feedback regarding our order confirmation email. Having reviewed it, I agree that we could do a better job of explaining what happens after an order is placed and how customers will be kept informed about delivery. We have now updated this email to make the process much clearer. Thank you for highlighting this, as your feedback has helped us improve the information we provide to our customers. Kind regards, Mark Tiffany Lighting Direct
