My trip has been cancelled due to the Middle East war. Tick insurance had refunded the loss of the booking 100% only deducted the excess.
Happy for the refund process.
Disappointed that after my issue with the promotional discount not being applied to the policy when time came to pay and raised this with the product review still nobody from Tick travel insurance...

Still no action from Tick Travel insurance. No phone call or email contact. No after sales service provided. Disappointing as I am in the sales field myself.
