I am very sorry about the delay with your order. Just checking, however, that you received the email I sent on 5th August with updated news?
There was a note in red writing on the product page where you ordered with the expected delivery date as the masks were available only on pre-order, as we had sold out of the original batch. Are you able to check your spam and let me know if you received the email? I can resend it if you like, or you can contact me directly on gav@thtc.co.uk / 0208 630 9001.
Please do let me know if you are happy to hold on until the masks arrive with me (which should be no more than another week).
If you prefer, I can send you a bamboo one right away, as I received another batch of them yesterday.
There are very strict export laws on fashion brands exporting PPE, meaning I am only able to ship them in batches of 50 at a time, and my masks keep getting stuck in customs.
If, once you receive your mask, you are happy with it and willing to change your review ranking accordingly I would appreciate it very much. I have been operating without staff all year and am doing my very best to provide the finest eco products with the best possible customer service, and I take my Feefo ratings seriously.
If you prefer, I can of course refund you with apologies, though hopefully you will be ok to hold on for a tiny bit longer? Either way, please let me know.
