Ordering was easy and despite the current circumstances with covid my order was delivered quickly. Never had any issues with them and would certainly order from them again.

Hi,
I noticed your Feefo review on the THTC website for the two tees that you ordered. I'm sorry that, at the time of your review, the tees had not arrived. Can you please confirm if they have arrived now and, if so, roughly what day they turned up?
I use a drop and go account with Royal Mail. As they are very understaffed, even more so than usual due to Covid-19, it currently takes them a little longer than usual to get your orders to you.
Also, as I took your order to them over the Easter bank holiday weekend, they most likely didn't get around to dispatching all my order until the Tuesday as they had been shut over Easter.
If you did receive your order ok, and you are happy with the tees, I would appreciate it hugely if you would consider changing your 1 star review. I run THTC on my own, and try to provide the best possible customer experience and product, my feedback is so important to me.
