Poor online experience but excellent customer service.
It was frustrating that I couldn't complete my reservation online, however the lady I spoke with on the phone was excellent - helpful, interested and friendly.

Was misleading as have 3 year old twins and said plenty room for us even though shark hotel room was tiny!!! Very disappointed but lucky staff onsite were lovely but obviously could not do anything...
