Despite paying for postage this product took over 2 weeks to be delivered, Having been advised that the package had been dispatched there was no facility to track it and it was another 7 days before...

I am sorry your order arrived later then expected. Your order was dispatched with our Royal Mail Standard 2nd Class service which was free of charge and is not a tracked service. This service can take between 3-7 working days however we have been experiencing slight delays due to these unprecedented times so some orders have been arriving a few days later then expected.
