No response to emails.

Item not delivered. I sent 2 emails over 3 weeks to which I got no reply! Eventually got a refund. Service very poor. In the past have been very good though.

A great service.

Item received very quickly and on good order. Easy to deal with. Have used their shops before but this was our first usage of on,-line shopping. A good experience. Would certainly use Works again.
