Packing

They don’t pack the order properly. I ordered some slate it was just put in a box and sent . I sent an email telling them one was broken . Didn’t even reply .

Always happy with The Works!

Always good service, even if things don't go quite as planned. They are quick to sort out problems when they arise, and very helpful. I like the range of products and value for money too.
