Good Morning, Thank you for your feedback Our records the following mail was sent to you on the 24th of January at 13.37. Thank you for your email. We can confirm that the order is being returned to us as the parcel has been damaged in transit. We sincerely apologise that this is the second order you have had trouble with. We would advise to reorder the items, let us know the order number and we will ask the warehouse to pack them in a couple of smaller boxes.
