Bad customer service on refunding

The book I ordered via click and collect was the wrong one. I contacted customer service and was told to take it back to the shop I used for click and collect. The shop is 40 min drive from my house....

Shocking

Paid for next day waited nearly a week and when books came they where damaged, just the books in a box no packaging. Emailed the works two times just for it to get ignored will never buy online again...
