Didn't like having to pay postage for delivery to my address in Inverurie Aberdeenshire,as it was supposedly classed as Highlands & Islands,which is most definitely is not,and my order was over £100...

Your postcode does qualify as Highlands & Islands, as outlined on our delivery page here: https://www.whiskyshop.com/uk-delivery
We do offer free UK delivery on orders over £99 (including VAT), however, this is not available for Islands, Northern Ireland, or selected Highlands postcodes. Please note, this is also stated in the webpage linked above). This is due to the courier price of delivery. For this reason, the delivery charge would have been applied to your order and shown throughout your checkout process.
If you still have the products and they are in the same condition, please email us within 5 working days at info@whiskyshop.com, and we can arrange a full refund, including the delivery charge you paid.
