I can see that we have been in contact with youvia e-mail.
I would like to offer my sincerest apologies for the problems that you encountered with this order.
We do state within our Delivery Information that Personalised & Made to Order Items to be delivered within 7-10 days of us receiving your order, as we have to get the information to the supplier and then they have to personalise the item. I can see from your order, that we did get your order despatched from the supplier well within this 7-10 day period and was then stuck within the postal system, over the bank holiday weekend.
I am sorry for the disappointment that was caused.

In reply to your response regarding my poor service.
It is not mentioned that an order can take up to 7-10 working days for personalised items anywhere.
If this was the case surely common decency would prevail and the supplier should contact the customer if they could not fulfil the requirements stated i.e. EASTER.
If the supplier could not get my order there for Easter I should have been informed.
Your response is as disappointing as the terrible service I received.

We charge a standard £4.99 for a 2-3 day delivery and I can see from your order, you requested Next Working Day delivery, which is normally £7.99 and you paid £4.99.
This carriage charge is for the order, whether this be for 1 item or 10 or more items.
Again I'm sorry that you are unhappy with this, but I'm glad that your order arrived in a timely fashion.
