From time of ordering to time of deliver it took SIX DAYS. Certainly not the next day delivery as promised in their advert.

We are sorry you ar enot happy with the delivery it was dispatched on time unfortunately the courier was a day late and instead of delivering this on Friday they delivered it on Monday, we disagree it took 6 days.

Company were very helpful but the whole process of getting the BBQ was awful. Some error with Pay Pal meant the items weren't sent out on time, then the delivery driver turned up with only the lava...
Although it is supposed to be next day delivery, I ordered on a Friday but it didn't arrive until the following Thursday

We apologise, there was nothing wrong with the delivery the information did not reach us from paypal regarding the order, as soon as we realised this we sent it out on next day delivery.
