The service is always professional and the delivery prompt
The speed at which they get clothes out is great the response to emails is poor at best will consider using others unless this improves.

I made a mistake on my order size and my refund was given back immediately
Absolutely appoling service staff at call centre seem as they don't know what they are doing I also found the staff at call centre very rude

Good website excellent choice of clothes but delivery from hermes no good you got to wait all day no time slot you should use dpd for next delivery as they text customers 1hr delivery slot
