Beware if you need to make a change
Service was ok before the pandemic and then it was difficult to talk to someone and figure out how to proceed with canceling or moving our trip.

Our team was working diligently to assist all our travelers, but we realize that this may have caused a slower response than normal and therefore, some confusion. Please know that our Cancel For Any Reason Waiver (CFAR) with the purchase of TripMate Travel Protection states that refunds will be issued as future travel credits.
