Thank you for sharing your feedback, Rita. We’re sorry that the Spain eclipse program did not meet your expectations. While porterage was not an included service on this itinerary, we recognize that the arrival in Burgos was challenging given the hotel access and unusually high temperatures, and our team arranged luggage assistance for departure once the concern was raised. We also understand your disappointment with the dinner experience following the eclipse and appreciate Courtney’s efforts to work with the hotel that evening to ensure the group was ultimately accommodated. We’re glad our team was able to adjust the group’s departure to Burgos following your flight disruption so that you could join the program, and especially glad to hear that you had an amazing experience viewing the solar eclipse itself. We appreciate you traveling with Tenon Tours and wish you all the best in your future travels.

Thank you for your kind review, Keith! We're so glad everything went smoothly and that the hotels and itinerary came together perfectly for your trip. We truly appreciate your trust in Tenon Tours and hope to travel with you again in the future!

Thank you, Janet, for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the small-group experience, itinerary, flexibility, and especially your time with Tinna and Jakob. We also appreciate your candid comments about the transportation and lunch provided on eclipse day. Those details did not meet the standard we aim for, and we've shared your feedback with our partners as we review the experience. We're pleased our team was responsive throughout your trip and that you found the Tenon app helpful along the way. Thank you for traveling with us for such a unique adventure!
