Bon service
Commande simple et rapide. Le chauffeur est arrivé légèrement en avance et nous a conduit à l'aéroport comme prévu. Chauffeur peu bavard mais au japon c'est peut être normal.

The driver did not arrive until 45 minutes after the advised time and went to the wrong location. We were unable to contact the driver.

Driver did not meet us at the spot noted on our confirmation form. It then took 2 hours before a driver did show up. The driver then wanted an extra 40 euros saying he waited at terminal 1 despite...
