We are already well aware of how important punctuality is when it comes to travelling, especially when having the risk to miss a flight. Therefore, we truly understand how frustrating this may have been for you since you booked to have a peace of mind instead of a late pickup. Please note that we have already taken serious action with the driver from your transfer, we want to make sure that all of our pickups are issued on time or at least that the clients are updated if there's any unexpected delay. We are really sorry to hear that you had to wait so long for your driver. We truly understand how stressful this may have been for you, especially when having the risk to miss a flight. Of course, this is not the service we want to offer to our customers. Please note that after checking the details of your reservation with our team, we have noticed that you booked for a minibus indeed. However, in some countries, like The Netherlands, we do not distinguish in-between minivan or minibus since the one offered in these cases should always be a minibus (8 passengers & 8 suitcases). Our apologies for this confusion. Nevertheless, we can assure you that we have already taken serious action with the driver from your transfer regarding their delay. When it comes to high season all the drivers try to make it on time, however, in some big cities like Amsterdam, the traffic is a clear issue in some situations. This does not mean that we are not aware of how important punctuality is in each one of our transfers, but in some rare occasions, it is out of our control to solve chaotic traffic or previous transfers delays. In these cases, we (or the driver) always make sure to communicate the delay to the client so they are always aware of the current situation. Having said this, we would like to apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused you. As mentioned, we consider that each one of our pickups should go smoothly according to plan, however in some rare occasions due to several factors some of the drivers are running late. As a gesture of an apology, we have sent you a gift card which you will be able to redeem on the next reservation you may book with us.
