I have checked your booking in our system and I can see that a refund with the difference regarding the car type was already issued on the 7th of May by one of our agents. Dear Ricardo, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are extremely sorry that your experience did not fulfil the way you had expected it to. I have checked the issue you had experienced in your booking and I completely understand your frustrations. However, I have also noticed that there were some confusing details which may lead to the booking end in this situation. I have seen that the flight number stated was not landing accordingly to the pickup time, which was confusing to the driver. As a consequence, the driver took into consideration the flight number meanwhile we tried to reach you to avoid any problem. Since we could not approach you for clarification, the driver could not complete the reservation as you would have wished but as it was indicated in our system. To avoid this kind of situations, we have the "remarks" section where you can type all the specific details of your transfer (in cases there is a rare detail, such as two passengers comingfrom different flights). Nevertheless, we can absolutely understand that this must have been very frustrating for you. The last of our goals is to give any hassle to our clients.
