Everything was well organised and presented. Anything which went wrong was not tmr' fault (eg train delayed). We ahve used them 4 times and hope to do so again.

Excellent for covering a lot in a short space of time
Were very good at meeting our requirements, the original itinerary meant a lot of very short stays so we added in some extra nights.
