Lovely staff, disappointed with price

The staff at sure store in cannock are so lovely and helpful. Unfortunately although on your website you advertise the first 2 months half price, I was quoted 2 months half price, on the day I moved...

I had booked a 100 sq metre room, but on the day I was moving we realised we would require more storage. I was told I could have kept the 100 sq metre room and have another 100 sq metre which worked out to be the same price. I decided to put everything together. The storage was available on the day with no trouble. It's very disappointing, as it was the advert saying 50% off for the first 8 weeks that made me use surestore. If the reduction that I was promised could be made I would be very grateful.

Marin the manager was very lovely great customer care very informative nothing too much trouble put me at ease offered me a coffee I also know about his curries and chocolates lol

Need to be clear about the 50% discount

Be careful when you sign up, it’s marketed as 50% off the first 8 weeks but you only get this if you sign up for 8 weeks at that time. You can’t book 4 weeks with 50% off then rebook for the next 4...

To be clear we do offer a 4 or 8 weeks half price offer on all room sizes, but we do ask our customers choose one offer when they sign up.
