Good space and service
Good size space, secure, excellent options and explained well, only negative was current covid measures, staff not wearing mask when showing visitors around, especially in lift, no hand gel to use...

While we very much appreciate your 4 star review, we would like to sincerely apologise for the experience that you have had at our store. The health and safety of our customers and team members is our number one priority during this time and we are disappointed ro receive this feedback. We understand that in the current circumstances it is extremely important to ensure that all of our customers feel safe whilst on site with us. All of our team members have taken part in strict training with regards to the COVID-secure guidelines that have been put in place to protect our customers and staff. Signage and restriction directions are to be clear and visible for all persons on site, hand sanitiser and cleaning products are required to be accessible to customers at our sanitation station on entry to our building, it is mandatory for all customers and team members to wear masks at all times and in all areas of our facility and our team maintain a strict cleaning and disinfectant schedule to ensure all surfaces, keypads and door handles are cleaned several times a day. We take your comments very seriously and would like to assure you that a full investigation has been launched into this in order to prevent this happening again. These actions are unacceptable and we will make sure this this issue is resolved immediately. Thank you.
