Having reviewed the situation with the team, customers on site and CCTV footage I am satisfied with the conduct and performance of our team at the Wigan facility.
We are sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience, however at SureStore we have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to abusive behaviour towards our staff or customers, regardless of circumstances. Aggressive behaviour or the use of foul language directed at our team will never be tolerated at any SureStore facility.
