Took days to get back to my replies. 4 or 5 weeks later my order is still bring held at DHL

Hi, thank you for the feedback on your recent order. We sincerely apologise that it took us a little longer than normal to respond to your email. We are currently dealing with a very high volume of emails and calls so sadly this has caused a delay in us being able to respond to customers as quickly as we'd like, but we are working hard to improve this. As you wanted to cancel your order it was held by DHL for a return and due to Covid-19 it is taking our couriers longer to get parcels returned back to us, so we apologise for the wait. I can see your full refund has been processed, if there is anything else we can help you with at all, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Friendly and fast service, quality product as always
Received package within days of ordering, nicely presented. Loved how the receipt had my name on it, and my husband loves all the items!

Very poor quality of cloth, design and build. Sizes of two trousers which should have been the same were different. Way overpriced for this standard; I would have got much better quality from M&S or...
