It is cheap and respond was fast. However It was inconvenient to book and check the order detail. I need to call and email to set the collection date for storage, it was not possible to set at the...

Thank you for your feedback, the system does allow you to log on and see orders details and set the date for collection. If you need to change the date we do need to do over the phone or email. Capable and lovely staff

The staff member who picked up my storage was wonderfully helpful and friendly, and overall I found the experience of booking the storage and pickup really easy. The price is competitive too.

The price is good but the pickup delivery is horrible. Plus, no one can be contacted on Saturday when pickup delivery still runs

Great value for Londoners and an extremely reliable customer service team!
They were extremely reliable for changing any dates, asking further questions, etc. which made the experience quite chilled out - as chilled out as moving houses can be!!
