PAid for an expensive item but received damaged during inspection. Product not working. it has been 5 days and still slow progress for resolution. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience...

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, I'm very sorry to see your comments. Our team responded to you in a timely manner and in the first instance we both believed it was an issue with the plug and not the product. We also reached out to the manufacturer for some help to make sure it wasn't something that could be easily rectified by providing some advise on using the item as if this was the case replacing the item would have led to the same issue. I understand the item has been arranged to be collected from you now and apologise that you were unhappy with the length of time to resolve.
