I am sorry if you do not feel the service offered by our After Sales team has met your expectations.
The email you received from us at the point of booking confirmed ‘your booking has now been confirmed with the tour operator and details are shown in the attached Booking Confirmation’, within this email we also confirm ‘you will receive a copy of the tour operator’s confirmation invoice shortly’.
We take the time to check each invoice received to ensure the details recorded by the Tour Operator are correct, as this is a manual process it can take a few days for an invoice to be passed on during our busy period. I understand our After Sales team emailed your invoice on 6th March, as week after booking, if this has not been received please do let us know.

The issues that occurred with Emily’s holiday are regrettable and we are sorry for any impact they may have had on the enjoyment of her holiday.
Ski Solutions confirmed Emily’s holiday in good faith with Esprit Holidays, unfortunately the holiday was not confirmed correctly on their reservation system. The circumstances that arose with Emily’s holiday to Meribel are in no way a reflection of how we strive to operate as a business and we make every effort to ensure that a high service level is offered at all times. In order to support this we have a large operations and after sales team that ensure all components of our client’s holidays are delivered to a consistently high standard. We are sorry that in this instance the process and checks we have in place failed her.
We were aware of Emily’s commitment to meeting with her architect in Meribel and family’s need for childcare during their stay and made every effort to provide a suitable alternative. In order to provide the most like-for-like holiday Ski Solutions booked, at our own cost, scheduled flights from Stansted; private taxi transfers to and from resort; an upgraded catered chalet and private nanny to look after Emily’s daughter for 8 hours a day for the duration of their stay.
We appreciate that the new accommodation was not located slope side, as the group’s original chalet was, however they were located within walking distance of a chairlift and the resort bus stopped outside the chalet to take the beginners in the group to ski school. The private nanny was also able to bring Emily’s daughter to any restaurant in resort to meet the group for lunch or to play in the snow park. For the inconvenience of the new location we provided each party member £50 compensation.
We understand from the chalet staff that the party had an enjoyable holiday overall and experienced some good skiing.
