The trip was sub-contracted to Inghams, who were disorganised.
Inghams rep was disorganised and gave out incorrect information relating to meeting for the 'ski guiding'. Eventually we did one day of guiding and it was apparent they had not done their homework...

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent holiday to Obergurgl. We value our client’s feedback, and it is obviously never Ski Solutions intention to recommend tour operators and accommodation that do not live up to their brochure promise and I am sorry to hear of your experience with Inghams group ski guiding.
In regards to your pre-booked ski hire, this will always appear separately on our booking confirmation and will not be shown on the tour operator invoice to avoid confusion. We also include a ski hire voucher and instructions on where and how this can be redeemed in resort.
I hope despite these issues you had an enjoyable holiday overall.

Last Minute trip
We were after a last minute trip and after calling, multiple operators the guys at Ski Solutions were able to look at availability across the whole industry.
Will definitely use them again!
