Dear Julie,
I am sorry if you do not feel the service offered by our After Sales team has met your expectations.
We use Feefo to rate our booking service and with many of our clients booking a year or more in advance it is impossible for us to provide all the documentation needed for travel prior to requesting feedback from our clients.
I can see that your Ski Solutions booking confirmation was sent to you at the time of booking on 12th January, with our Feefo request being sent on 18th January. We then followed up with Ski Beat’s invoice on 18th January and your travel documents on 19th.
We take the time to check each invoice received to ensure the details recorded by the Tour Operator are correct, as this is a manual process it can take a few days for an invoice to be passed on during our busy period.

Did not honour their promised Ski Club discount

Dear Michael,
Ski Solutions offers all current Ski Club GB members 5% discount from the basic adult price of their holiday. We ask that clients inform us of their membership at the time of booking and as with any discount, voucher or promotional code this needs to be applied at the time of booking and purchase.
We highlight on the Ski Club GB and Ski Solutions websites that the discount must be added at the time of booking. As you contacted us some time after booking to request the discount Mark followed the company guidelines and informed you this could not be added retrospectively.
If you able to send us your Ski Club GB membership number to admin@skisolutions.com, as a gesture of goodwill, we will arrange for the discount to be applied.

Excellent responsive assistance and guidance
