Proffesional, kind sitter, got in touch by phone, and arrived 10 mins early
Great communication with the sitter, very professional and kind to my girls. They felt safe and went to sleep easily. Would recommend.

Perhaps we should have requested a meeting before the event
This was not a good match for us; sat with her arms crossed and serious face while children tried to interact, none of us felt at ease sadly.
