Exactly the same unreliability in 2 bookings - completely out of the question and to this day - 1 week later - still no response to the complaints.
In fact, the booked service was not provided - any taxi would have been a better choice - and cheaper!!!
Driver was fine.
However, I tried to change my ride because of a flight change and I was charged 11.77 euros for the change and yet the change never adjusted my pickup time and flight on my updated...
